The Edwards 1280 is the long sleeve version of the Edwards easy care poplin line, built on the same 65% polyester, 35% cotton performance poplin construction as the short sleeve 1230, but designed for uniform programs where full sleeve coverage is required. At 4.0 to 4.25 oz, the poplin weave gives the shirt a smooth, crisp surface that reads clean and professional in restaurants, delivery services, casual dining, retail, and image apparel programs through demanding daily wear.

What makes the 1280 particularly useful for wholesale uniform program managers is the sleeve length sizing system. Rather than offering a single sleeve length per body size, the 1280 is available in specific body size and sleeve length combinations running from 31" through 37" across regular and tall fits. This level of sizing detail means staff who are between standard proportions, especially taller wearers who need a longer body and longer sleeves independently, can get a proper fit without alterations. 

The button-down collar keeps the neckline flat and controlled through a full shift, horn buttons and a left chest pocket give it a classic workwear shirt look, and the back box pleat allows free movement without pulling the shirt out of a tuck. Soil release, wrinkle resistance, and industrial laundering compatibility keep maintenance straightforward across a large team. The short sleeve companion style is 1230, and for a matching women's long sleeve option, take a look at companion style 5280.
