The Edwards 5280 is a ladies' easy-care long-sleeve poplin shirt built for restaurant, hotel, delivery service, and general image apparel programs where a durable, colorful shirt needs to stay looking pressed through demanding daily wear and repeated industrial laundering. At 4.0 to 4.25 oz and 65% polyester, 35% cotton, the fabric matches the blended poplin construction of short-sleeve companion style 5230, with full-sleeve coverage added for cooler service environments, formal dress standards, or outdoor roles where arm coverage is practical across temperature changes.

Poplin's tight plain weave produces a smooth, slightly lustrous surface that holds up well through industrial wash cycles. The soil release finish lifts staining before it sets, and the wrinkle-resistant construction keeps the shirt looking presentable through a full active shift without pressing between wears. Horn-tone buttons on the button-down collar and left chest pocket give the shirt a warmer appearance than metal or white plastic hardware, suited to restaurant, resort, and casual hospitality settings.
