    I wear fleece vests every day except in summer. This one is perfectly fine, with no real flaws. Of all the size XL vests I own, this one has an average fit; one REI model I have is a bit snugger; one Lands End is a bit larger; most are about the same as this one. I have a thick neck and this one doesn't choke me when zipped all the way up, although it's not as loose as the Lands End. Length is also average, about the same as most of my 2XL Woot t-shirts.The fleece is not name-brand (eg, Polartec) but performs the same, as far as I can tell. Maybe a little stiffer, less plush, but fine. There were a couple of stray threads around the base of the zipper that needed trimming.The design is quite generic except for the inside pocket, a nice touch.Good value.

    I looked on line to find a new fleece vest and expected to pay premium for my large size. Found a number in the $40 - $60 range with fancy brand names and little insignias that I don't care about. Hesitant to pay that much for sight unseen. Was pleased to find this one in the $20 range. Harrington apparently specializes in this type of clothing for company employees and others who want simple vests and clothing at a reasonable price.The fit is perfect. The quality is great. A number of features like little loops to keep the draw string keepers in place. Haven't washed it yet to see how the fleece and color holds up, but I expect it to be fine.Liked it so much I went back on line and ordered another in a different color from the next supplier in the rotation. Both shipped the product quickly and efficiently packaged in a plastic mailing envelope.

    Purchased this fleece vest for winter golf in California. It's the perfect garment to wear under a windbreaker jacket to stay warm when it's 40 degrees and when the temperature warms up to mid 50's the vest keeps you warm when the windbreaker jacket comes off. The vest allows the most freedom of movement when swinging all of your clubs.

    Got this jacket for my husband and he absolutely loves it, I got him size X large - he likes it loose fit it’s very comfy around the chest and waist and great length and the best part is warm and cozy - keeps him warm and he can moves around his work bench. 👍

    Why oh why does no one make a fleece vest in a thick material with quality fittings that fits me? This one fits, but the material is a little thin and the zipper is not likely to last. It is long enough though, so that is a plus.

    I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and fit of this vest. I work in a public school and have no control of the AC and sometimes it gets very cold in my classroom. This vest provides the right amount of warmth. The pockets zip up so you can put your cell phone and keys and carry them without fear of losing them. Also on the inside you have two extra pockets for snacks. The fleece is very soft and the color does not bleed and looks great.

    I've been one who's grown up hunting and have worn many a "Blaze orange" garment through gun season for obvious reasons... Some shouldn't be in the woods but they are. That said many of the safety orange garments for hunting are absurdly cheap, loose fitting, uncomfortable with no insulation value, or any value at all besides getting blasted by an ignorant so called hunter... In that regard they serve their purpose but that is it. Then we have this fleece vest. My expectations were not high given the price point but the wait was worth it. Unparalleled quality at this price. The vests are of nice thick and suple fleece, warm! Very good quality fleece. Zippers are heavy duty and look to be very durable and the construction is very solid. Not to mention the pockets are a big bonus! If your looking for a no frills but quality made hunting vest look no further! I purchased both a medium and large and find they both fit as advertised. I'm 5'6" and with a early/ late fall jacket a medium is perfect, but with a thicker full winter coat a large is the cats meow. At this price point and given the quality of the vests, order two you won't be disappointed.

    It is hunting season where I live and one cannot walk safely in the woods without the wearing of the "Orange" so i purchased this men's vest although I am a woman. I wanted it to fit loosely over other outer wear or not as needed. The fit is perfect and the fleece is top notch. The outer pockets are zippered and there are interior pockets also. Delivery was spot on. Very pleased with this product....

    It just arrived, so my review is limited to trying it on, I have not washed it yet nor used it outdoors. So, I cannot give it 5 stars or zero stars until I have actually used it and washed it a few times.I ordered Orange Mens XL, for use as outer layer, for visibility, for hikes in woods, especially during hunting season. When considered against that need, it seems like it will work well:- This is a very (very) bright bright orange, good for what I want - avoid being targeted by hunters when hiking in woods- drawstrings at waist will be good in colder weather to cinch to keep draft out from waist- pockets with zippers are a must (vs those without zippers); would like one more on chest, side pockets decent size;- Internal pockets aren't really their own thing - they are just using the sewn in outer pocket pouch. Medium capacity.- overall, this is a decent sized XL - maybe just a slight bit smaller around entire trunk than a typical XL- the collar/neck is taller by a fair bit than other fleece jackets or vests I have owned from a number of other vendors - this feature will be good in colder weather to protect neck.- body length is good for me. Seems true to typical XL length jacket length. I have a long-ish trunk compared to my actual height (it equates to someone who would be 6'1" or 6'2" height) - despite short legs!), and it reaches just below belt area, by about 1-1.5". A good length for my needs - mainly for colder weather walks (I hate drafts that come under the waist of a jacket/vest.)- new out of bag, the fleece weight seems on lighter side overall.- the fleece also has a little (insignificant) nap, visually looks like it could be short-hair muppet fur. I suspect the loft will decrease after use/washing.
