Description

The Edwards 4072 is a unisex quarter-zip cotton-blend sweater built for corporate, hotel, banking, and office programs where a sleeved layering piece needs to provide all-day comfort through a range of indoor temperatures. Made from a tri-blend of 52% cotton, 31% acrylic, and 17% nylon, the 4072 shares the same fine-gauge construction and yarn blend as the matching quarter-zip vest style 4074, allowing programs to outfit mixed teams with sleeved and sleeveless options in the same fabric family.

The cotton content gives the sweater a softer, more natural hand and better breathability than a standard acrylic knit, suited to office, banking, and hotel environments where staff spend full shifts in climate-controlled spaces. The acrylic provides structure so the sweater holds its shape through repeated cold water washing, and the nylon adds durability at the cuffs and collar. Full-fashion sleeve construction knits the sleeve panels to shape rather than cutting from flat fabric, producing more precise sleeve shaping and a better fit through the arm. Rib-knit trim at the collar and placket provides clean finishing around the quarter-zip opening with a nylon zipper and metal pull. Ladies' companion styles are 7058 and 7064.
