Description

Edwards 7064 is a ladies' full-zip cotton cardigan built for corporate, hotel front desk, banking, airline, and office uniform programs where a sweater layer needs a more structured, contemporary collar treatment than the V-neck opening of a standard cardigan. The stand-up rib-knit collar is the defining construction detail that distinguishes the 7064 from the V-neck companion style 7062. The stand-up collar frames the neckline with a closed, upright collar that reads more like a jacket or shirt collar than a traditional open cardigan, which gives the 7064 a slightly more polished, formal silhouette appropriate for programs that want a sweater layer with a business-professional appearance.

Made from the same tri-blend cotton, acrylic, and nylon yarn construction as the other Edwards cotton blend sweater styles, the 7064 shares the same core performance characteristics, the cotton content provides the soft, natural hand that makes the cardigan comfortable against skin through a full shift, the acrylic adds structure so the cardigan holds its shape through repeated wearing and cold water washing, and the nylon contributes durability at the collar, cuff, and hem edges where pilling typically starts first.

The full-length nylon zipper with metal pull allows complete on-and-off access and can be worn fully closed for warmth or partially open for ventilation throughout a shift. Rib-knit cuffs and hem provide a clean, finished edge that stays flat without rolling. Men's companion styles are 4073 and 4074.
