The Valucap VC100 Lightweight Twill Cap features a 65/35 polyester-cotton twill construction designed for a lightweight feel. The polyester-rich blend provides a smooth, structured fabric surface, while the cotton content contributes to a more natural hand feel. The twill construction gives the cap a clean, classic appearance suitable for uniforms, promotional programs, and everyday wear.

The structured six-panel crown features a mid-profile design, creating a firm front surface suitable for decoration. Sewn eyelets provide ventilation while maintaining a clean exterior without metal grommets.
