The Team 365 TT80 Leader is a men's soft shell jacket made from 9 oz./yd² (US), 15 oz./L yd (CA) three-layer bonded fabric featuring a 96/4 polyester/spandex outer face, a waterproof membrane, and a brushed tricot backer. The polyester-spandex blend provides flexibility for ease of movement, while the brushed tricot interior offers a soft feel. The bonded membrane helps protect against water and wind while allowing moisture vapor to escape, making the jacket suitable for layering in cool and wet conditions.

With a 3,000 mm waterproof rating and a 1,000 g breathability rating, the jacket is designed to provide protection in light to moderate wet weather. Windsmart technology provides additional wind protection, while Team 365's UTK 1 rating indicates suitability for temperatures ranging from 45°F to 14°F under appropriate conditions. A dyed-to-match reverse coil zipper at the center front creates a streamlined finish, while the semi-autolock rubber pull tab allows convenient operation. A chin guard helps prevent the zipper from rubbing against the neck. Zippered front welt pockets provide secure storage, while the open hem cuffs and double-needle stitching at the hem and cuffs offer a clean, durable finish. The drop-back hem provides additional rear coverage during movement. Designed with a team fit, the jacket is suitable for school athletic programs, sports teams, coaching staff, outdoor event crews, and recreational leagues.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors.
Do not bleach, as bleach damages the membrane and weakens spandex.
Tumble dry low to protect the bonded layers.
Do not iron directly over any decoration.
