    I love this shirt I'm 5"6 145 and I got a medium and it fits perfect for what I'm using it for. This would be to big if I was using it for a regular shirt though. I would suggest going a size smaller than you normally wear

    Instead of buying the typical cotton undershirts I started buying these; These are 100% polyester [which is basically plastic; Plastic bottles can be turned into polyester fibers]; Because these shirts are made with 100% polyester they do not absorb water/sweat (as cotton does) and because there are tiny little holes throughout the material it allows your skin, water/sweat to evaporate quickly. Sitting still the shirt will keep you warm; When walking the shirt will feel cool due to the tiny little holes throughout the shirt allowing it to breath. The shirt looks like a nice fitness shirt [much more attractive than a cotton undershirt]. Consider buying these instead of the typical 100% cotton undershirts, t shirts. Wash in cold or warm water [not hot]; Dry on Permanent Press [medium heat, not hot; Because polyester is basically plastic and can melt, deform in high heat]. Do not use bleach; But instead use OXI Clean to keep these shirts white/clean [OXI Clean does a great job getting 100% cotton shirts white as well; My mom proved that to me the other day]. The chemical in Clorox Bleach changed many years ago [They use to use Chlorine; Now they use a different chemical which does not get clothes as white as chlorine did in my opinion]. I recommend using OXI Clean to get your cotton and polyester clothes white.

    Material is poly and feels kind of rough. But it does keep the temps and moisture down given a light breeze.Double layer feel to the weave. Vented but not open mesh. Colour is nice (red). Fit pretty good.

    I have ordered the 4XL....too large (huge..!)... given to a friend bigger than me.I have ordered the 2XL ..... a bit too small ... I keep it in case I loose some kg...!Finally I have ordered 3 tee shirt in 3XL size .....hopping that it will fit correctly.
