    Nice comfy pants and pretty good build. Material is pretty good. Not great, but better than other's we've purchased. Russell is a good brand.

    I'll start by doing what every clothing review should, give you my dimensions which are 6'4", 210 lbs. and I normally wear pants in size 36waistx34length which is about a large in most athletic pants preferably in a "tall" if available.When I read the other reviews that these Russell sweats ran long I thought that a size large should work so that's what I ordered and they do fit well in the waist and have that normal sweat pants bagginess in the butt and legs. The length is about 1.5" too long...these things puddle around my sneakers which is really a new experience for me and my online pants buying gambles over the years!If I was 6'6" tall the fit would be perfect...LOL. This is an easy fix at any dry cleaners who does alterations so no big deal.

    Why pay more for these sweats, when you can get cheaper pairs? Because they're cheaper in quality! Russell sweats are thick and contoured, they look good enough to wear as bar or restaurant gear, if we ever get to go back to those pleasures.The large ones were looser in the waist and leg for me (5'10, 170 lbs), the medium were tighter, but had a trimmer leg fit. I use the mediums when I go out, and the large size when I'm flopping about at home.

    I have a pair of Russell “Premium Fleece” that is several years old, and, being satisfied with them, ordered these pants of the same description. Pros: Fit as expected, Pocket Depth slightly better than my older pair, good Cotton/Poly blend - 83/17 (retains soft feel).Cons: Elastic waist has drawstring facing the “inside”, with no grommets used, Russell Logo patch on right front thigh is “full color” RWB, vs the previous pair having a more sophisticated and less obvious monotone grey-on-black logo, fleece inside pants is OK, but not as thick and soft (“Premium”) as other brands I have - I would prefer a thicker fleece, but these are on the lower end of acceptable, which is reason for the 4-Star vs 5-Star and price is a bit high for the quality/value of the pants, but still acceptable.Overall satisfied, would buy again.

    I been waiting and hoping Russell would bring back their premium fleece sweat pants, but have given up and ordered a pair of these. They are the closes I could find to match the old style. They are not as well made and do not have the nice wide waist band the older style had with spandex. The older style I still wear and have been for over three years. They are still the best Russell made. To bad they cut corners on these. Sorry but they are just not as good.

    Well I bought other ones first but the strings kept breaking so I ordered shoe laces to put in still did not like cheaperOnes so I paid more and love this product I bought five pairs. They are warm good lace to tie wash on delicates and they never shrunk. I am 6’ 7” and they are long enough. So for tall people they are long.

    Sweatpants are tough. Why oh why can't different pant lengths be offered?? Certainly there must be enough men 5'8" or less to make it worthwhile to manufacturers. So yes, these are as long as the other 3 pair of sweats I have bought my husband in the last couple months:( This pair has straight leg openings, not cuffed or elasticized, so I was able to have them hemmed to a more appropriate length. They wash beautifully. I hoped they would shrink a bit in the dryer so I used the medium setting but they did not appear to do so, or at least very little. They are soft and substantial and my husband reports they are comfortable. I find pockets today are on the shallow side and these are no exception. If you are planning to wear them out I probably recommend putting your keys and/or wallet somewhere else. That being said, they are not much different than the depth of the pockets on many pants these days. The interior drawstring is a little wider than some so is a little more comfortable when cinched in. All in all, they are probably as good as it gets for a basic pair of sweatpants now.

    Love these pants. With a 36" inseam, most pants are way too short for me. A perfect fit, both in length and at the waist. They are also extremely comfortable, with deep pockets.
