The defining feature of the 113 is its seamless foam-backed front panel. Rather than fabric twill fronts with panel seams running through the crown, the 113 uses a single, smooth foam-backed panel across the entire front of the cap, creating a flat, uninterrupted surface that holds screen prints, heat transfers, and sublimation decoration cleanly without seams breaking through artwork.

Made from a foam twill blend front and 100% polyester mesh back, the construction combines lightweight comfort with structured shape retention for active outdoor wear, while the mesh back keeps airflow moving through warm weather use. The flat bill with braided rope detailing gives the 113 its distinctive lifestyle aesthetic suited to outdoor recreation, surf, skate, and adventure brand programs.
