Description

The Recover EC102 is a long-sleeve tee made from 4.4 oz./yd² fabric in a 50/50 blend of recycled cotton and recycled polyester, constructed with 26-singles yarn. Both fibers are made from reclaimed materials rather than virgin feedstocks, giving the shirt recycled content in both components of the blend. Because recycled cotton fibers can be shorter than virgin cotton fibers, the recycled polyester helps provide yarn strength and contributes to the fabric’s durability and shape retention. At 26 singles, the yarn provides a balanced, midweight feel with enough body for everyday wear without feeling overly heavy.

Rib-knit cuffs help keep the sleeves comfortably in place at the wrists while retaining their shape, and the rib-knit neckline is designed to stretch over the head and recover its shape. Back-neck taping covers the seam for added comfort and durability, while shoulder-to-shoulder taping reinforces the upper back and helps maintain seam stability through repeated wear. Side seams provide a more structured body shape than a tubular construction, and double-needle stitching at key stress points adds durability. A locker loop is incorporated into the neck area, while a pad-printed neck label eliminates the irritation associated with a sewn-in tag. A natural hangtag communicates the recycled-fabric story. The tee features a retail fit, making it suitable for retail apparel programs, screen-printing, event teams, and casual staff uniforms.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold with like colors.
Do not bleach, as bleach weakens the cotton fibers and fades color.
Tumble dry low to limit shrinkage in the cotton content.
Do not iron directly over any decoration.
Remove promptly from the dryer to reduce wrinkling.
