Description

The Port & Company Core Cotton DTG Tee is a customizable midweight cotton tee designed for direct-to-garment (DTG) printing programs and custom apparel applications. Featuring PosiPrint technology, this tee is pre-treated during manufacturing to help simplify the DTG printing process by removing the need for traditional pre-treatment application before printing. Made from 6 oz., 100% cotton with a 20 singles yarn, it provides a soft, comfortable feel with a slightly heavier weight than the standard Core Cotton Tee. Colors are designed to coordinate with other styles in the PC54 family, making it easier to create matching apparel programs with tees, tanks, and long sleeves.

The PosiPrint pre-treatment process helps streamline DTG production by providing a consistent printing surface while reducing the need for separate pre-treatment application. For best results, this product is not recommended for DTG printers that use a wet-on-wet treating process. Additional features include a 1x1 rib knit neck for a structured neckline, double-needle sleeves and hem for reinforced durability, a classic fit for a relaxed silhouette, and a tear-away label for easy removal during custom rebranding. The product is transitioning from white to black tear-away labels, and orders may contain a combination of both.

Free shipping on orders over $250 anywhere in the US. A $10 flat fee applies on orders under $250.
Orders placed before 3 p.m. CST are processed and shipped the same day. Delays may occur during sales or peak shopping periods.
Shipping options include Ground, Express, and ASAP depending on how fast you need delivery.
Delivery times range from 2–5 business days for Ground, 2–3 days for Express, and next business day for ASAP (based on cut-off times).
