The CAR78TH Port & Company is the best toddler hooded sweatshirt because it uses special "Air Jet Yarn," the fabric stays super smooth and doesn't get those annoying little itchy fuzzballs even after frequent wear.

It is made of a 7.8 oz. cotton and polyester mix, so it is thick enough to keep kids warm. These plain pullover hoodies are extra safe for little kids because the hood has no strings for them to get tangled in, and the inside of the hood is lined with soft jersey fabric that feels like a cozy t-shirt.

There is even a silky satin label so their necks never get scratchy! The side seams help the hoodie keep its shape, so it always looks great. It is the coziest way for little ones to stay warm, look cute, and have fun!
