The PC78YZH delivers the same air jet yarn fleece construction as the adult Core Fleece lineup in a youth full-zip format with safety-conscious construction details.

Made from 7.8 oz, 50/50 cotton/poly fleece, the balanced blend provides the soft comfort of cotton alongside the shape retention, shrink resistance, and durability of polyester. Air jet yarn is spun using a high-pressure air jet process that blows away loose fibers and surface lint during spinning, producing a smoother, cleaner yarn surface that resists pilling and surface fuzz through repeated wearing and washing. The two-ply hood with no drawcord provides a double-layered, structured hood as a youth safety feature, eliminating the strangulation hazard that drawcords create in youth hooded garments. The YKK metal zipper provides smooth, durable front closure built for the heavy daily use that youth garments endure. Front pockets provide accessible storage for hands and small essentials.
