Measured across the chest one inch below armhole when laid flat.

Sleeve Length

Start at center of neck and measure down shoulder, down sleeve to hem.

Neck

Measured from center of button to center of buttonhole.

Measured from high point shoulder to finished hem at back.

I will say that the neck is too small, possibly a 20" and the sleeves are too long, possibly 40"-42" sleeves. But this is what I expect when big guys buy in XL, XXL, XXXXL etc.The material, however, is fantastic and I do really like the short. If not for the fit, I'd buy more of them.

Fits good for a short & stocky fat guy. Has that extra lower button too. There is a difference with a "XXL" and "XXLT". The "T" stands for "Tall" or "Thin", which I am not. However, I find these type of shirts (XXLT) fit best for guy with my build. My only complaint is that is difficult to get the wrinkles out. Usually need to iron it.

Bought this 3XLT on sale for $15. Just received it, and it fits well. It actually has some room to move around in with a 6'3" 280 lb frame. Plenty of length to stay tucked in, but my husband's height comes mostly from his legs with an average torso. The color is more grey than the olive green in the picture. Not too wrinkly coming out of the dryer. It will need to be ironed if you want a more formal look. It would work for occasions that require "dressy casual" to "business formal" attire. We'll update this review if the quality of the shirt fails on us.
