Start at center of neck and measure down shoulder, down sleeve to hem.

I wasn't sure what to expect but love this top. Its not a medium/light weight flannel and looks great. The color is very vibrant. I bought a large based on reviews and was not disappointed. I normally wear a M, but wanted it long enough. The large is not big on me at all. I washed it in cold water and dried it on low and it came out looking brand new, no shrinking. I'm going back for the red one.

Only plaid shirt I can find that is cut for the female body. Shirts are durable, and have become my uniform shirts for dog training. If I could change one thing, I would allow a little more fabric under the arm - but they still work and are not too restrictive for normal use.
