I got a large. The jacket is a little too long, and the sleeves are a bit too long too. I think a medium would possibly be too small in the mid section. The style felt more like a man's cut type of style instead of a female cut. I am 5'7", 150 lbs. Large fits well throughout except that body and sleeves are too long.

This lightweight jacket has puckery seams and the arms are very uncomfortable because there are not one, but three seams making up each sleeve. One of the seams lays right over my elbow and is extremely scratchy and annoying. I returned.
