    I really like the overall quality of the Port Authority vests; I purchased two. We were snowbirds in Arizona when purchased so I didn’t wear them much until we returned to Montana a couple of week ago. They have not even been washed. The second time I had worn this navy one I noticed after zipping it half way up that the bottom of the zipper had separated, the part that I already zipped up. It is now past Amazon’s return date. So I’m hoping if Port Authority reads this they will make it right.

    I bought this as a (under-jacket) layer, so I wanted it on the snug side. Usually I am a W-M. but that size was too loose/baggy. The size W - Small fits over a single layer shirt without being tight.The waist could be more defined (but that is easy to fix w/ needle & thread).The material is medium weight, average quality fleece, in my opinion.The inside pocket is lined with a thin material to keep down bulk - nice.The collar, when zipped up, fits well around neck & lays flat when opened.The shoulders are the way I like - does not extend out beyond the knobby bone.There is a cinch cord w/ toggle around the waist. Unneccessary (adds bulk).I wanted a warm, inexpensive under-layer, that won't bind arm movement, so it is a good deal - with the added bonus of wearing as a top layer.
