J325 Port Authority Core Soft Shell Vest

The Port Authority J325 Core Soft Shell Vest is a layering vest built for corporate programs, team outfitting, event staff, and branded merchandise where you need a wind-resistant, water-repellent vest that holds a logo well and keeps your core warm without adding bulk. It is made from a three-layer bonded construction: a 100% polyester woven shell on the outside, a water-resistant film insert in the middle, and a 100% polyester microfleece lining on the inside. Heather colors use a 92/8 polyester/spandex woven shell for a slight stretch. The three layers work together to block wind, repel water, and trap warmth at the core while staying slim enough to layer under a coat or over a dress shirt without looking puffy.

The vest carries a 1000MM fabric waterproof rating and a 1000G/M² breathability rating, which means it handles light rain and keeps moisture vapor moving out rather than trapping sweat against the body during active use. The zip-through cadet collar with chin guard stands upright at the neckline and protects the chin from zipper contact when fully closed. Reverse coil zippers keep the zipper teeth hidden behind the fabric for a cleaner front appearance. Front zippered pockets provide secure storage for a phone, keys, or wallet. The open hem sits clean at the bottom without a drawcord or elastic band. The smooth shell surface takes embroidery cleanly and holds the stitch well through repeated washing.
