Measured across the chest one inch below armhole when laid flat.

Start at center of neck and measure down shoulder, down sleeve to hem.

Nice material. Very comfortable. Too baggy around the mid section and the zipper seems a bit cheap. I’m 5’9”, 188 lbs. with fairly broad shoulders and usually wear a large in most things. Bought a medium and from chest to waist it’s about 4”-6” too wide.

The general quality is fine, but the overall fit is smaller than the size on the label. We ordered a dozen or so of these for our staff and many were too small. Fortunately we were able to pass some of the tops down to "smaller" staff but still had to order a few more in the end to ensure everyone got one.
