Strap stitching came undone. Had to repair it, but didn't reattach it to the pack. I used a climbing carabiner to it, so now the strap is removable.Otherwise, its held up well to my High Schooler's abuse.

Great bag. Generously sized and sturdy. Bought for husband to carry our things when we travel or sightsee so that I don't have to carry a purse. The 4 instead of 5 stars is due to color. We ordered dark slate which appeared to be dark grey. It was blue. I dislike the color blue and so that was disappointing. But overall good bag.

I've been addicted to the sling style backpack ever since I got my first one in 1999. So, after 13 years I had to replace the one I've always had and this backpack that I just got two days ago thoroughly fits the bill. It seems a little smaller than my old pack but holds more and keeps it all organized. It has plenty of zipped pockets and a very comfortable strap and it looks good. I totally scored for the price. It is more than an ample replacement for the pack I fell in love with 13 years ago. Thanks!

This has turned out to be my go-to personal item on planes and my go-to satchel for site-seeing. It finally started ripping after many trips aournd the world, and this is a replacement. It is light weight. The zippers are substantial. The pockets are different sizes and perfect for different functions. The water bottle pocket is big enough for a water bottle. The big pocket is big enough to put my purse in when I want to consolidate things.

I love this backpack.. but in about a month or so it started to rip near the top, now there is a big hole in the top where the silver circle is. i dont mind it at all though, back pack still works GREAT!

This is my 2nd time buying this bag. I bought the slate color this time. It depends on the lighting but it looksmore dark blue then gray as the picture might suggest.Overall, I love this bag. I use it to carry misc. items to work. It can easily fit an 11in by 8.5in notebook in it.Shipping was faster than expected.
