V37 PACIFIC HEADWEAR Vintage "Dirty" Trucker Snapback Cap

The Pacific Headwear V37 is a trucker snapback with 100% cotton double-washed twill front panels and a soft trucker mesh back. Washing the twill twice is what gives this cap its name and its character: the fabric comes out broken in and slightly faded rather than crisp, and it keeps softening with wear instead of starting stiff. The mesh back runs softer than a standard trucker mesh, so the whole cap sits easy on the head while still letting heat escape through the crown.

The build is low-profile and unstructured, so the crown folds down against the head rather than standing upright, which pairs with the washed twill for a genuinely worn-in look rather than a new cap imitating one. That soft front means embroidery works better with a backing, since there is no firm panel to hold stitches flat. A vintage green undervisor sits under the curved bill, and tan stitching runs through the seams rather than matching thread, so the contrast reads as part of the aged aesthetic. Pro-stitched finishing runs through the crown, and a snapback closure adjusts across a wide range of head sizes. Retail programs, outdoor and casual brands, event teams, and hospitality staff uniforms are the common fit.

Care Instructions

• Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry, since agitation and heat can shrink the cotton and warp the bill.
• Air dry only, and shape the crown and bill while damp.
• Do not bleach, as bleach weakens cotton fibers and strips the washed finish.
• Do not iron directly over any decoration.
