P691 PACIFIC HEADWEAR Mossy Oak Low-Profile Trucker PacFlex Cap

The P691 Pacific Headwear Mossy Oak® Low-Profile Trucker PacFlex Cap is built in a polyester blend with stretch trucker mesh at the back and sides, and the camo pattern applied by sublimation across the front panels and visor. Sublimation bonds the dye into the fibers rather than sitting on top of the fabric, so the pattern will not crack, peel, or fade the way a surface print does, and the fabric keeps its original hand instead of stiffening where the print lands. Running the pattern over the visor as well as the panels keeps the camo continuous rather than stopping at the brim seam.

The mesh at the back is a stretch version rather than a standard rigid one, which is what makes the PacFlex closed back work. With no strap or buckle at the rear, the crown runs continuously all the way around, and the cap conforms to the head on its own, giving a clean, uninterrupted back panel and a closer fit than any adjustable closure delivers, while the mesh still lets heat escape through the crown. The crown runs low-profile in a pro model shape, sitting close to the head, with a curved visor and front panel eyelets for added ventilation.
