9505-2 OTTO CAP 5 Panel Pro Style Baseball Cap

The OTTO CAP 9505-2 is a five-panel cap made from 100% recycled nylon. Nylon runs lighter than cotton at the same coverage and carries a smooth, slightly glossy face with natural flexibility, so the cap moves with the head instead of holding a rigid shape. Because the fiber is recycled, the material comes from reclaimed nylon waste rather than virgin production. Five-panel construction leaves one wide seamless panel across the front, which gives a logo a clean, uninterrupted area to sit on.

The crown is unstructured and soft, with a buckram flap behind the front panel to hold that panel's shape. The result is a relaxed cap that still keeps its face upright for decoration. A 5 mm-thick rope runs across the front panel as a classic pro-style detail. The plastic snap closure adjusts across a wide range of head sizes and holds its setting through repeated use. Inside, a micro mesh performance sweatband moves moisture off the forehead during long wear. Care Instructions

• Do not machine wash or tumble dry, since agitation and heat can break down the buckram flap and distort the nylon.
