39-165 OTTO CAP 5 Panel High Crown Mesh Back Trucker Hat

The OTTO CAP 39-165 is a five-panel trucker hat made from 100% polyester in a foam and mesh build. The front panel is foam-backed with a lining, which is what separates a classic trucker from a fabric cap. Foam holds the panel upright on its own without buckram, keeps the front light, and gives embroidery a firm, springy base that stands away from the head. The mesh back panels let heat escape straight out of the crown, so the cap stays cool through long wear outdoors.

The crown runs high-profile, sitting tall above the head rather than close to it, and the seamless front panel carries one continuous surface with no center seam to break up a logo. A 2mm slim rope runs across the front seam as a finishing detail. The visor has a slight curve, and the undervisor matches the top visor color. Inside, a terry cloth sweatband in the back panel color absorbs sweat directly off the forehead, which is the traditional trucker build and works well in heat. A plastic snap closure adjusts across a wide range of head sizes and holds its setting. Retail brands, outdoor events, trade programs, and custom branded programs are the common fit.

Care Instructions

• Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry, since heat and agitation can crush the foam front panel and distort the mesh.
• Air dry only, and shape the crown and visor while damp so the cap dries in form.
• Do not bleach, as bleach weakens polyester fibers and causes uneven color loss.
• Do not iron directly over any decoration.
