The 6338 Next Level Women's Gathered Racerback Tank is built on a 4 oz./yd² CVC jersey in a 60/40 blend of combed ring-spun cotton and polyester, spun at 30 singles. At 4 oz./yd,² this is a lightweight fabric, which is what a warm-weather tank calls for, and the cotton majority keeps the hand soft and breathable against the skin. The polyester content holds the shape through repeated washing and shortens drying time, while the combed ring-spun process removes short fibers from the yarn so the surface stays smooth and even rather than rough or fuzzy.

The racerback cut narrows across the upper back and shoulders, which keeps the straps clear of the shoulder line and leaves the shoulder blades open, and the gathered styling adds shaping to the silhouette rather than leaving the body cut flat. Self fabric finishing at the neckline and armholes means the trim is cut from the same jersey as the body, so the edges sit soft and flexible and match in color rather than contrasting. A curved hem drops lower at the sides than the center, which gives the tank a more finished line at the waist and keeps coverage through movement. The tear-away label can be removed for private labeling.
