    I bought this bag to use as an alternative to a reusable shopping bag, because plastic shopping bags are now available from many retail stores in California only at an additional cost to shoppers. This bag fits in my pants pocket, unlike the bulky reusable cloth shopping bags, plus the top closes with the drawstring to keep items from falling out, and I can carry it in my hand or on my back like a backpack. It is also large enough to hold an umbrella, a notebook, a baseball cap, and a pair of shoes.

    This is a thin nylon drawstring bag and would work well for transporting items like light gym clothes. It wont' do so well with folders, books, tablets, etc., as I found out. These items will wear a hole in the nylon, as mine did after only two months of use a few times per week with just gym clothes and an iPad. It was fairly cheap when I bought it, so I can't say I'm surprised, but even other cheap drawstring bags I've had usually manage to last longer than a couple months. There are a lot of similar bags available , and the pricing and selection seem to continually change (this one isn't even available from the same seller anymore as I write this review) but you may wish to consider spending a few more dollars more (still not very expensive) on one that's a bit more durable. I just purchased the Runetz - NAVY BLUE Gym Sack Bag Drawstring Backpack Sport Bag  for just a little more and it appears like it will hold up better. Still, this bag may be fine for light objects.

After a year the seams are beginning to tear at the top but I think it is only because I've been quite rough with it. This bag can hold quite a bit of weight. The drawstrings are heavy duty and the corners are reinforced so the drawstrings won't tear through with too much weight.The best part is the large carrying capacity. I can easily fit a 12" frozen pizza (In the box) in the bag with a little room to spare.
