F507 Kishigo FR Full-Zip Hooded Sweatshirt

The F507 FR Full-Zip Hooded Sweatshirt from Kishigo gives crews in flame-resistant programs a warm outer layer that does not compromise the protection underneath. It is made from a 12.3 oz./yd² blend of 48% modacrylic, 37% lyocell, 10% para-aramid, and 5% spandex. Modacrylic leads as the flame-resistant fiber, lyocell adds softness and moisture comfort, para-aramid contributes strength and heat resistance, and spandex gives the sweatshirt stretch for reaching and climbing. The inside has a soft, fleece-like texture that feels like a regular hoodie against the skin.

The full zip runs on a Nomex® FR zipper, so the closure matches the flame-resistant build rather than becoming a weak point, and it vents heat or layers easily as conditions change. Visibility comes from 2" wide breathable reflective material that flexes with movement and avoids the stiffness of solid tape on a heavier knit. A black bottom hides dirt and wear along the lower edge, the hood adds coverage in wind and cold, and two outside lower slash pockets keep hands warm on breaks. It suits electrical, utility, and oil and gas crews through the colder months.

Care Instructions

• Close the zipper, turn inside out, and wash separately from non FR garments in cold or warm water
• Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or starch, which can compromise the flame-resistant properties
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry to protect the reflective material
• Inspect before each wear and retire the sweatshirt if the fabric is torn, worn thin, or contaminated with flammable substances
