I'm 5'11" and 175 pounds with a non-muscular build. I bought a Large and fits comfortably, though it slightly on the small side. For this reason I don't dare put it in the dryer or it will surely shrink too small. If you're concerned about the fit I would suggest buying the next size up to give you a little more room.

I ordered a couple of these shirts and to be honest, the ones that I received were not the greatest. They are short in length and the white stitching does not go all the way around the neckline as pictured. This would be fine if the stitching ended at the same spot on both sides of the neck, but it doesn't so it's very uneven looking. I bought them for my bf to wear under his shirts for work so they are ok for that purpose I suppose.

Pretty good for the $$. A little thin but it's not very expensive either. It's not real tight like a compression thermal but not real loose either. I plan on wearing it as an outside shirt rather than undershirt. I'm 5'10",165 lbs and a medium fits well. If you've got a v-shaped torso the contrasting stitching on this shirt accentuates it.

I bought 2 thermal style shirts from different companies and this one was clearly superior. I am of average build and the fit is snug brand new. I guess it will shrink more once it's washed and dried, should have bought XL. But the construction is very clean, the material is of a medium weight, great for an under shirt, but it looks cool as your main shirt too...if it wasn't so tight. The other brand I bought had a more flimsy material. I would buy the J America again in a heartbeat, it is a bit pricy though. The red is a deep deep red, so not to bright, which is good for me.
