Description

The Imperial DNA010 Aloha is a five-panel rope cap made from 100% polyester with a sublimated printed fabric. Sublimation turns dye to gas and bonds it into the polyester fiber rather than layering it on the surface, so the pattern will not crack, peel, or wash out, and the fabric keeps its original hand with nothing sitting on top of it. Polyester holds that color through sun exposure and dries quickly.

The cap runs a classic fit with a structured stand-up mesh windshield behind the front panel, which holds the front upright while still letting air pass through it. Five-panel construction runs one continuous front panel with no center seam to break up a print or a logo. A rope braid crosses the front, and the bill is flat with a green underbill for a squared silhouette. Inside, a performance moisture-management sweatband handles sweat during wear. The back closes with a leather strap through an Imperial flip buckle and grommets, which adjusts smoothly and holds its setting. Retail brands, golf programs, resort and event programs, and custom branded programs are the common fit.

Care Instructions

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry, since agitation and heat can distort the crown and stiffen the leather strap.
Air dry only, and shape the crown and bill while damp so the cap dries in form.
Do not bleach, as bleach weakens polyester fibers and causes uneven color loss.
Do not iron directly over any decoration.
