Description

The Imperial 7054N Independent is a six-panel cap made from 100% recycled polyester performance fabric. The fiber comes from reclaimed material rather than virgin production. A moisture management finish pulls sweat off the fabric surface and spreads it to dry, which holds up better through heat and activity than untreated cloth; polyester keeps its color through sun exposure without shrinking.

The crown is structured at a mid profile, so it holds shape without standing tall on the head, and six-panel construction meets at a center front seam for a rounded seat. Solid panels all around give the cap a uniform surface rather than splitting fabric types front to back. The visor is pre-curved with a frost grey underbill. Inside, the sweatband carries moisture management and antimicrobial treatment, moving sweat away during wear and limiting the odor that builds in a band used through a season. An Imperial woven label sits at the snapback closure, which adjusts across a wide range of head sizes. Corporate programs, golf events, retail brands, and custom branded programs are the common fit.

Care Instructions

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry, since agitation and heat can distort the crown and warp the visor.
Air dry only, and shape the crown and visor while damp so the cap dries in form.
Do not bleach, as bleach weakens polyester fibers and causes uneven color loss.
Do not iron directly over any decoration.
