The M415 Men's Pilbloc V-Neck Sweater Vest from Harriton is a 100% acrylic jersey knit at 11.8 oz./yd² and 400 gsm in US measure. That is a heavy, substantial knit, and the weight is what lets a sleeveless layer carry real warmth over a dress shirt. Acrylic holds its shape well through wear and washing, and it does not shrink or felt the way wool can, which is why it remains the standard fiber for corporate and school sweater programs.

The build uses a 9 gauge knit with Pilbloc™ anti-pill performance, a treatment that keeps the surface from developing the small fabric balls that make an older sweater look worn out. On a layering piece that rubs against shirts and jackets all day, that matters more than on most garments.
