I use white sweatshirts to make ladies' jackets by cutting them down the front and inserting a zipper and then adding custom embroidered designs. The 10oz shirts are nice and thick and I haven't found a 10oz version for women. My clients love these jackets. My only complaint is that the larger the sweatshirt, the longer it is from the neck to the bottom hem. So a small shirt might be 24" long and the 2XL shirt might be 30" long and yes they do very in lenght no matter what size I get. I have to keept 24", 26", 28", etc zippers on hand because I never know how long the shirt is going to be. I don't know why manufacturers thinks that if you're wider, you must be taller too. We all know that isn't always the case. So sometimes the jackets are entirely too long but my clients wear them with pride anyway. I wish Hanes had a petite version of these sweatshirts for women and then they'd be perfect.

I really like the shirt as I like the “mostly cotton” fabric. My size is usually a women’s large. However I never like sweatshirts in the women’s sizes, because they are always too short after they are washed, so I bought a men’s large. After it was washed, it drew up quite a bit, but I believe it will be great for my needs.

I love it! It’s not super thick and not super light, it’s right in between. If you were planning on putting it over a skirt, i’d suggest a small bc it fit perfect!

Ordered 2 white sweatshirts from the USA (I live in Canada) on March 6th and was told they would arrive on March 30th. They came as expected (90% cotton 10% polyester) on March 20. Fit perfectly. Thank you Hanes

I like oversized casual with leggings and I like warmth, so I shopped for men's sweatshirts, since I wasn't finding that in women's clothing. I just roll the sleeves a little bit and it's great.

Nice shirt. I ordered men’s small, washed in hot water and it shrunk perfect to fit me. Right out of the box, it looked thin and lightweight for cold weather. After washing, it got thicker and warmer.
