The Flexfit 180 Delta Seamless Cap is a structured mid-profile seamless Flexfit cap built for corporate programs, coaching staff, team apparel, athletic departments, outdoor events, and branded headwear where a premium, water-repellent, stretch-fit cap with advanced seamless construction and antibacterial properties needs to carry a company or team logo for daily professional, casual, and athletic use. The 92/8 polyester/PU spandex construction (Mélange colors are 100% polyester) with water-repellent technology provides a smooth, stretch-enhanced fabric that sheds light rain and moisture. The six stitch-free panels use seamless bonding technology rather than traditional stitched seams, creating a clean, smooth exterior surface without visible seam lines for a modern, technical appearance and a smoother decorative surface. The Activeguard Permacurv visor provides antimicrobial protection with a pre-curved shape that maintains its form. The anti-bacterial inside seam tape inhibits bacterial growth at the interior seam lines for lasting freshness. The patented stain-black technology provides stain-resistant properties.

Made from 92/8 polyester/PU spandex (Mélange colors are 100% polyester), the structured mid-profile construction with six stitch-free panels provides a clean, seamless cap silhouette with water-repellent technology. The Activeguard Permacurv visor with black undervisor provides a pre-curved, antimicrobial shape that holds its form (White has a white undervisor). The three-layer high-tech sweatband provides enhanced moisture management on the forehead. The anti-bacterial inside seam tape provides freshness at the interior seams. Laser-cut eyelets provide clean, precise ventilation holes through the crown without the raised, stitched eyelets found on standard caps. The patented stain-black technology provides stain resistance. Black Delta logo on the right side provides brand identification.
