CL22 Edwards Clip-on Tie

The Edwards CL22 is a 22-inch clip-on tie built for security, transit, law enforcement support, and public safety programs where a tie is part of the dress standard but a knotted tie presents a safety risk during physical confrontations or active patrol. The spring clip at the back of the knot releases instantly if the tie is grabbed, eliminating the choking or restraint hazard that a conventional knotted tie creates in duty environments.

At 22 inches and 3.75 inches wide, the CL22 is two inches longer than the companion style CL00, making it the right choice for taller officers where a shorter clip-on would sit high on the chest without reaching the belt line. The fully lined 100% polyester construction holds its shape and color through the daily wear and repeated on-and-off use of a duty tie.
