The Edwards 9012 is a long bistro apron built for full-service restaurants, upscale casual dining, bistros, and hotel food and beverage programs where table service and bar staff need extended front coverage through active shifts. At 33 inches long by 28 inches wide, the 9012 covers from the waist to just below the knee, providing substantially more front protection than a standard waist apron during table service, bussing, and bar work.

Made from a 65% polyester, 35% cotton twill blend at 7 oz, the twill weave holds up through repeated machine washing without losing shape at seams or pocket attachments. Two patch pockets provide organized storage for a guest check pad, pens, a wine key, or small tools. Long ties wrap around the back for standard rear closure or bring forward for a bistro-style double-tie front presentation suited to upscale dining programs. The companion style is 9010.
