Description

Edwards 9006 is a cobbler apron built for hair salons, barber shops, daycare and school environments, retail staff, and craft or hobby service programs where a full-coverage front apron is needed without a neck strap. A cobbler apron differs from a standard bib or butcher apron in that it wraps around the body and ties at the sides rather than hanging from the neck, eliminating the neck pressure and forward pull that bib aprons create during extended wear and distributing the garment's weight across the waist and hips instead. The side tie closure with two ties per side allows the wearer to adjust the fit securely for different body sizes with a single style.

Made from a 65% polyester, 35% cotton twill blend at 7 oz, the fabric carries the same durability and stain resistance as the other Edwards apron styles. The divided front pocket runs the full width of the apron at 20 inches and 9 inches deep, providing two side-by-side compartments that separate tools, pens, scissors, or supplies for organized access during active service work. Available in regular and tall lengths: regular at 28 inches long by 17 inches wide, tall at 31.5 inches long by 17.75 inches wide, making it practical for programs outfitting staff of varying heights. The companion twill vest with waist pockets style is 4106.
