9005 Edwards 2-Pocket Butcher Apron

The Edwards 9005 is a two-pocket butcher apron built for restaurant, food service, kitchen, and hospitality staff who need extended front-to-lower-body coverage during active service or prep work. At 34 inches long and 23 inches wide, the butcher-length construction covers significantly more than a standard waist or bib apron, protecting the uniform from mid-chest down to below the knee during cooking, plating, carving, and table-side service.

Made from a 65% polyester, 35% cotton twill blend at 7 oz, twill is a diagonal-weave fabric that is more durable and stain-resistant than plain-weave fabrics of the same weight, which is why it is the standard fabric choice for professional food-service aprons. 

The slide neck adjustment sets the bib height quickly without re-tying, and long ties wrap around the back for a secure fit or can be brought to the front for a double closure, depending on personal preference. Two large patch pockets provide accessible storage for order pads, pens, a thermometer, or small tools throughout a service shift. The companion E-Z Slide bib apron style is 9010.
