6535 Edwards Ladies Redwood & Ross Hip-length Suit Coat

Edwards 6535 is part of the Redwood & Ross Russel Collection, a ladies' hip-length suit coat built to coordinate with the Russel dress pant 8530, skirt 9730, and vest styles 7530 and 7535 as part of a matched women's suiting program for hotel, financial services, airline, and corporate programs. At 7.70 oz and 54% polyester, 44% wool, and 2% spandex, the coat uses the same Russel fabric as the other collection pieces for consistent color and texture across the full suiting program.

The hip-length cut falls just below the hip, providing more coverage over the trouser or skirt waistline and a more traditional suit coat proportioning than the shorter companion style 6530. The 2% spandex allows the tailored coat to flex with arm and shoulder movement during active professional wear. A center back vent allows the coat to move and hang cleanly during seated or standing work. The pocket layout includes two lower flap pockets, one right-side watch pocket, one upper welt pocket, and two lower inside pockets for complete suiting-quality storage.

Machine washable, eliminating dry-clean turnaround. Embroidery and heat transfer are not recommended on Russel Collection pieces. The men's companion suit coat is style 3530.
