5354 Edwards Ladies Essential Broadcloth Shirt Long Sleeve

The Edwards 5354 is the ladies' long sleeve version of the Essential Broadcloth line, built on the same performance broadcloth construction as the men's companion style 1354, but cut and proportioned for women. It stands up to demanding daily wear in restaurants, security, transit, healthcare support, and delivery service uniform programs where a clean, professional dress shirt appearance is required through a full shift.

Made from a 65% polyester, 35% cotton blend at 3.1 to 3.25 oz, broadcloth is a fine, tightly woven fabric with a smooth surface and a slight sheen that reads more formal than poplin while remaining lightweight enough for active work environments. The improved fit cuts closer to the body than older broadcloth styles without restricting movement, and the straight back yoke seam keeps the shirt sitting flat and aligned across the shoulders through the entire wear cycle. 

The point collar with permanent stays holds its shape without collar curl, and the two-button adjustable cuff gives wearers control over sleeve length at the wrist. The left chest pocket is available in white only.
