At 3.4 oz and 88% polyester, 12% spandex stretch woven, the two-way stretch construction allows free arm and shoulder movement during active service work without the fabric pulling tight through the body.

The jewel neckline is a rounded, collarless construction that sits close to the base of the neck, reading formal and polished in corporate and upscale hospitality settings. Inverted pleats at the neckline add subtle volume and fullness through the chest, contributing to a generous cut with more room through the body and sleeves than a standard fitted blouse. Dyed-to-match pearl buttons keep the closure refined and coordinated across all color options.
