Description

Edwards 4633 is a men's dress vest from the Redwood & Ross Signature Collection; Edwards Garment's premium suiting line built for resort, hotel, financial services, casino, and corporate uniform programs where a vest needs to project formal, tailored suiting quality rather than the flat appearance of a standard polyester service vest.

Made from the 55% polyester, 45% worsted wool Signature fabric at 11 to 11.5 oz, the vest shares the same fabric family as the Signature suit coat, dress pant, and dress skirt in the Redwood & Ross Collection, which means the vest can be worn as part of a matched three-piece suit program with the 3633 suit coat and 2633 dress pant.

The Signature fabric is a textured worsted wool blend that provides the visual weight and dimensional surface that distinguishes formal suiting from standard uniform vests. Worsted wool holds its shape through extended wear, drapes cleanly over the torso, and resists the wrinkling and sagging that polyester vests develop at the hem and pocket areas through a full standing shift.

The polyester content adds durability and helps the vest retain its structure through the wearing cycle. The 5-button, high-button construction is the classic waistcoat silhouette; high button placement means the vest covers more of the shirt front and tie area than a low-button vest, which provides a more formal, complete suiting appearance when worn under a suit coat. Two set-in welt pockets provide clean pocket presentation without patch-pocket bulk on the vest front. Self-fabric back with full lining gives the vest a consistent drape and a finished interior.
