The Edwards 3456 is a unisex quarter-zip microfleece pullover designed specifically to layer over lightweight and mid-weight uniform garments. At 12.8 oz and made from 100% polyester microfleece, the construction traps body heat effectively while keeping the pullover light enough that it does not add restrictive bulk over a dress shirt, polo, or service uniform underneath. This is the layering detail that makes the 3456 practical for uniform programs rather than just general outerwear: it fits cleanly over standard uniform tops without pulling or bunching at the shoulders or sleeves.

The quarter-zip front nylon zipper with a reflective pull gives wearers control over ventilation without needing to remove the pullover entirely, and the reflective pull is a practical touch for staff working in low-light environments or outdoor settings after dark.
