3450 Edwards Mens Microfleece Jacket

The Edwards 3450 is a men's microfleece jacket built for staff who need a lightweight warm layer that works across outdoor environments, indoor-outdoor transitions, and corporate uniform layering programs. Made from 100% polyester microfleece at 12.8 oz, microfleece is a finely knit polyester construction that is noticeably softer, lighter, and faster drying than standard fleece, which is why it gets used consistently in uniform outerwear programs where warmth and ease of movement both matter.

The mid-weight anti-pilling fleece fibers trap and hold natural body heat without the bulk of a heavier outerwear jacket, making style 3450 practical for parking attendants, valet staff, outdoor event teams, security personnel, resort staff, and any uniform program where employees move between temperature-controlled interiors and outdoor conditions throughout a shift. The adjustable pull-cord hem lets the wearer seal in heat when needed, while elastic cuffs keep cold air from entering at the sleeve. Zippered side pockets secure small items during active use. Home laundering keeps maintenance simple for both individual wearers and uniform program managers. For a matching women's option, take a look at companion style 6450.
