Description

The Edwards 1976 is part of the Redwood & Ross Collection, a men's wrinkle-free pinpoint oxford dress shirt with a button-down collar built for hotel, corporate, airline, banking, and office uniform programs where a no-iron dress shirt needs to maintain a pressed, polished appearance through a full shift without ironing between wears. At 4.0 oz and 60% cotton, 40% polyester, the fabric uses the same pinpoint oxford and wrinkle-resistant construction as the spread-collar companion style 1978, with a button-down collar and traditional fit that provides more room through the chest and shoulders for a broad range of body types.

The button-down collar stays flat and secure throughout the day without collar stays. The back box pleat adds ease of movement through the upper back during active service work without pulling the shirt out of a tuck. A two-button adjustable cuff allows sleeve fit to be tailored at the wrist, and the left chest pocket provides practical on-shift storage.

Taped seams and single-needle tailoring produce precise, flat seam construction throughout the shirt. The sleeve sizing system pairs body size with specific sleeve lengths for a correct fit without alteration.
