At 3.5 to 3.75 oz and 100% polyester batiste, the fine plain-weave construction delivers a soft hand and fluid drape that stays comfortable through a full shift in warm indoor environments like casino floors, hotel lobbies, and restaurant dining rooms.

The stand-up collar is a structured upright band at the neckline that sits vertical rather than folding over, creating a defined, upscale framing around the neck suited to fine dining, resort, and entertainment venue programs where the uniform aesthetic leans refined and contemporary.
