Edwards 1038 is a Bengal Ultra-Stretch camp shirt built for resort, gaming, and food service programs where front-of-house staff need a shirt that combines a contemporary pattern appearance with stretch comfort and soil release performance. At 4.8 oz and 92% polyester, 8% spandex synthetic bengal stripe, the four-way stretch fabric moves with the wearer through reaching, bending, and active table service without pulling or restricting.

The bengal stripe is a tone-on-tone woven pattern where narrow alternating vertical stripes in two shades of the same color create a subtle, retail-inspired texture suited to resort and hospitality programs where a contemporary uniform aesthetic is part of the property's presentation. The non-button-down collar with French placket and half-hidden button row keeps the front clean and refined. The 3M Scotchgard finish handles soil release during food and beverage service. Home laundry compatible. The ladies' companion tunic is style 7240 and the men's melange camp shirt companion is style 1039.
