D100 Devon & Jones Mens Pima Piqué Short-Sleeve Polo

It's a good shirt but not great. In terms of fit, fabric, and attention to detail, this shirt is reasonably close in quality to the equivalent Lands' End basic mesh polo that I've been buying for years. The one negative is the awkward looking oversized collar. But the biggest difference is that the Lands' End version costs about twice as much, and then they stick you with an $8 shipping charge. An even better value is the Devon & Jones "Perfect Pima " polo.

I was given one of the Devon & Jones shirts for work with an embroidered patch on it and the shirt fit very well after the first wash. They do tend to shrink a bit but they are cut just a bit large to compensate. I bought 4 of these so far and am impressed with the comfort of these shirts. Will buy them again and recommend to everyone I can. The colors are vibrant, the material is breathable so you don't feel like you're suffocating in a suit and it fits quite well in a business casual atmosphere.

Bought it before and bought it again. Perfect fit, comfort and judging by the last one I abused, it will last. I wear polo shirts so often, sometimes I don't think about it. I wore the last one out (same brand and color) by wearing it while gardening and doing other chores and household projects. It held up well for nearly two years so I did not hesitate to order it again.

I'm a BIG GUY: 6' 2", 375 lbs, 4XL shirt. Buying polo shirts has always been a matter of compromise. To get high quality, great fit you have to spend a fortune...limiting the number you can buy at any time. To get more reasonably priced shirts, you either sacrifice quality (seams loosen and colors fade quickly), construction (shiny, stretchy synthetics) and/or fit (supposed 4XL shirts are like girdles).With these D&J polos, you get roomy, properly tailored shirts, made with soft yet sturdy cotton, and colors that stand up to years of washing. How do I know, if I just bought these on Amazon? A former employer used these exact D&J polos for their company-logo shirts; and, I have had 6 over the last 3-5 years. The oldest are just starting to lose integrity under the armpits, and have the color fade...the ones that are 3 years old come out of the wash looking fantastic. Because I thought that the D&J were only sold wholesale...for businesses, etc...I never thought to try and find them retail. However, after very disappointing results in polos from several national brands, I decided to do a Google...and, found them on Amazon. I have purchased 2 of them over the past 3 weeks; and, they are every bit as comfortable, soft, sturdy and great looking as my old company shirts. These are the only polos I will be buying from now on. If you are a big guy who wants a premium experience at a reasonable price, then these are your shirts. There is nothing to compare for double the price.

Probably the best choice of mens polo. BUT sizing have an issue: I usually wear L -that size fits to me a bit tight. Some times I prefer size XL. I ordered size M, that fits roomy to me!!! (I am 1.76 cm, 80 kg athletic sape)

I have a very difficult time finding polo shirts that fit. I'm 6', a bit pudgy, and very broad-shouldered (I'm a 46-48 jacket, depending on my pizza-to-exercise ratio for a given month). Typically, an XL polo will fit most of me, but the shoulder seam will be somewhere mid-trapezius. A XXL usually fits my shoulders but tents around my belly, making me look fatter than I actually am. I've had another Devon & Jones polo for years that actually fits so I ordered this one hoping that it would have the same dimensions. The good news is that an XL does actually fit my shoulders. The material is also very soft and comfortable to wear. The bad news is that this shirt was clearly designed for someone about 6" taller than I am. It goes down well below my butt. I've definitely seen women wearing dresses that cover less. I was hoping to be able to wear this shirt untucked (again, the pudge- the tucked-in polo look doesn't look great around the love handles), but there's no chance of that. Fortunately it looks okay enough tucked in that I'll still be able to wear it in specific circumstances, but it definitely wasn't what I was hoping for.

These shirts are always wonderful, the fit is always spot on, the colors last and don't fade easily. they wear extremely well and are well made.They are a soft but sturdy pique so they have a very comfortable not scratchy feel to them!
