The outer shell is made from 1 oz./yd² or 39 GSM in the US and 1.7 oz./L yd in Canada of 100% polyester, with a polyester lining and 2.3 oz. Poly fill insulation. Its water-resistant construction adds protection against light moisture, while the UTK 2 rating is designed for moderately cold temperatures and is recommended for temperatures between 30°F and -7°F or -1°C and -22°C.
