Description

The Columbia 209573 Alto Pass is a fleece pullover made from 100% polyester. Polyester fleece traps warm air in its brushed pile, so it insulates at a low weight and dries quickly once damp, which is what makes fleece a working layer rather than only a comfort one.

A half snap front sets this apart from the zip pullovers in this range. Snaps open and close in one pull with cold or gloved hands, where a zipper needs two hands and a start, and there is no zipper tape running down the chest to interrupt the fabric line. The cut is a regular fit, leaving room to move rather than sitting close. A Columbia woven patch sits at the left chest, with a woven label finishing the garment.

This is a customizable piece, and since the left chest carries the brand mark, decoration usually runs opposite it or across the back, applied with a backing since fleece has no firm base of its own. Outdoor and cold weather retail, casual layering programs, and custom decorated apparel programs are the common fit.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold with like colors.
Do not bleach, as bleach weakens polyester fibers.
Tumble dry low to protect the fleece loft.
